Volleyball

*silence*

Dribble thrice

A friend shouts:  " Go (place name here)!!! "

Concentrate.  Whistle blows.

You throw the ball with the left hand, hit it hard with the right hand, ball flies, crosses over the net, falls on the anticipating hands of the opponent who hits it hard as well

Setter sets, hitter prepares to spike, runs, jumps, hits, clips.  Player misses.  The referee whistles.  Point for the team!  Coach calls for a time out.

Everyone huddles.  Samut-saring amoy.

Captain tells the team to move around, identifies mistakes, then motivates.  Kaya natin to!  Puso lang to!  You put your hands together, coach grabs the pile of hands from underneath and raises it up:  one, two, three....UP FIIIIGHT!

Pep squad cheers.  Friends cheer.  Go UP!!

Service once again, then a heart-stopping rally.

One big spike.  Opponent loses control on the first ball.  Teammate attempts to salvage the ball, catches, but then loses control again.

Ball falls on the ground.  Thud.

Referee blows the whistle, this time, for a longer time.

23-25.

Game over.

You win.

Crowd erupts in cheers.  Players meet at the middle of the court.  Hugs.  Jumps.  Good job guys.

Then all players fall in line.  Shake hands.  Nice game.

Gatorade.
